The Harrisburg SusqueCentennial Commission, Inc., is a non-profit Pennsylvania corporation, created by Mayor Stephen R. Reed to showcase and strengthen Harrisburg’s unique heritage, rich diversity and enduring prominence through planning, funding and implementing projects celebrating the 150th anniversary of the incorporation of Harrisburg as a City.
An affiliation agreement with the Harrisburg Parks Partnership was established for the purpose of utilizing the Partnership’s 501(c) (3) tax exempt status so that the Commission can receive contributions that are tax deductible.
